Thank you. I am very impressed with your clarity and writing here, and praise God for giving you that talent and for your using it well. I got to this page from your posting on facebook to Three Angels. My two nieces Mia & Hope and my nephew Noah were adopted from Three Angels. Bless you for being such a blessing!

Sounds like a lot of good was spread around that night. I agree- as a giver, I've gotten so much more out of providing my helping hand and it reaffirms the notion that we're all in this together.

I didn't listen to 60minutes. I don't have to. To me faith is personal and these noise makers don't put me off my track. But yes, it is annoying, it is also inevitable and unavoidable. The world judges the Bible /Christianity purely on it's words, not on the message or the spirit.
I wonder if this is true in how we (Christians?) judge other religions? Nice blog, will be reading more

Awesome! I hope to read the Keller book soon (on the JESUSmas list!). And I love the new switchfoot. They keep getting better, different, while staying biblical, inspirational, artsy, and very compelling. You can't silence my love!

You commented on my Relevant blog recently, so I checked yours out. This is most definitely one of my favorite books. Postman followed in the footsteps of Marshall McLuhan, who greatly influenced (along with Wendell Berry and others) my thinking about media, communication and culture - especially in my time in film school. Great stuff - important stuff.
